Stay away from this shop even if your insurance referred them for repairs RUN the other way! Brent is the rudest, ignorant, non responsive person I've dealt with and does NOT let you speak of the issues of the accident (hit & run inn my case). Did not fix my vehicle properly and when I called to speak of issues Brent didn't want to hear that my vehicle was rolling back on hills and would NOT drive unless I floored it as it was rolling back on other drivers. Did not receive ONE call on the status of repairs AND they had my vehicle from May until July!!! Stay away from this shop, you will be truly disappointed by the service provided, I'm just saying.....you've been warned!! UPDATE 8/4/17 after request of insurance company to return vehicle to shop, still under warranty, informed that BRENT was going to total vehicle but because it is 4x4 it is worth money lol yeah money for them to half repair said vehicle and then received a call from MIKE after new rental contract and was told they could not store my vehicle SECURELY on lot ad they had no room! And it would be placed outside lot for my responsibility. WHAT?!? So I should drive my truck that's a danger?? RUN DO NOT USE THIS SHOP
My wife was rear ended by another driver on Rt. 1 by the mall who was more interested in what was going on on her facebook page than driving her car. We've had experiences with other area body shops that were okay, but each time there were issues that required multiple trips back to the shops to take care of things that should have been done right the first time. So this time I did some checking on auto body shops, paying attention to reviews that were posted to give me an idea on who to take the car to. I settled on Brandywine Auto Body after reading pretty good reviews on the internet. I took the car there (still feeling a bit uneasy). I spoke to Brent, the owner, about my car and the repairs needed. Brent was very easy to talk with. He had no problems with any of the questions I asked and helped to put me at ease. I went ahead and scheduled the repair. Dropped the car off. They actually let me visit the shop to check on the progress of the repairs, which I did a few times. They were very helpful and showed me exactly what they were doing and explaining why they were doing it. My aim on taking the car to a shop was getting it back to pre-accident condition, since it was less than a year old with only about 10K miles on it. Brent explained to me that was their goal also, and when I visited there they showed me what they were doing to get it to pre-accident condition. After a couple of weeks they were done with the car, and when I picked it up I was extremely happy with the repairs. I'm very picky, and I couldn't tell where the car had been hit. It's been a couple of months now since the repair and no issues. I'm so happy that I'm going to take a used car that I recently purchased there to have Brent do some touch up work. Thanks to Brent and the guys at his shop.
I have taken a few of my cars here in the past. It has always been a great experience. Just picked up a car yesterday and really appreciate the personal attention I have gotten with the owner as well as the other mechanics. Would highly recommend this body shop.
